This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.	Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.	Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

• Reasons for reporting: This new user is uploading numerous copyrighted images. When those image are marked for deletion, she contact the proposer and engage in a series of stupid question as she did to me. Furthermore, in reading her other interventions, she seems to add only irrelevant texts like her account has been created for vandalism. An administrator should talk to her or blocked her.

Dear Sir, This user altered the original flag or tempered with it, he added a culturally offensive component to it, then he uploaded it with the a claim that this is the new official flag of the Karachai Balkar people and this is blunt falsification! This user’s obvious intention here is vandalism This shameful act is to cause damage to the reputation of sovereign ethnic group of people and cause confusion and misinform the readers of the site so it can inflict as much of intellectual harm as possible and as a result promote haterade. Foremost It’s a clear falsification of a fact as to what these people have adopted as their flag and their national symbology, The karachai Balkar people are a proud brother ethnicity's who's native land is the mountainous Caucasus region of Russia. They are famous of their native finest breed of mountain horses in the world and for many centuries, for sure they are not famous for"Donkeys" as this ill intended user suggested with their falsified symbology of the flag. FYI... if you wish below is a link to the Karachi horse breed

There seems to be combined actions/vandalisms regarding a dispute between File:Карачаевский флаг.jpg and File:Karachay Malkar Flag.jpg, e.g. here where two similar actions less than 20 mins apart.
