Original Handwritten Version (I beleive by Congressman Oliver Ellsworth) of the favorable report on the 1831 revision to the copyright bill, which accompanied submission of the bill to the house. This is also available in typeset form in the US Serial Set. This particular file was scanned in by the uploader at the National Archives - no copyright or licenses apply.
